| 内容記述 | First, under the perfect information condition, a decentralized decision making system for public goods provision is presented. In this system, each individual decides how to use a certain amount of the public budget. That is, each individual is given the disposal right of a certain amount of the public budget, and can decide how to use the amount he is given. Second, this paper shows that the allocation of resources in the equilibrium of this decentralized system is efficient in a sense. | |||||
